DS6 - GDS MODELING 801: WEEK 4
I spent more time than I wanted to on finalizing the female base model detailing, but I think I'm fairly happy with where she's at now. Most of the work this week was in the hands, arms, shoulders, head (ears / eyes) and knees / back of legs.
I did scale down her hands per feedback from last week.

At this point (barring any additional feedback), I plan to start the rigging / posing process. I also need to backtrack on the male base model and do some more hand / feet detailing. I'll have to re-rig him, but it will be worth the effort not to have to re-detail three pairs of feet for the forthcoming model. Speaking of, here is the proxy geo composition:

There are two female characters (winged) and three males (two on the ground, one dead, one injured) and one running from the scene of the crime. I need to look into how to approach creating the wings for the two female characters, thinking IMM meshes at this point.
I did some more Marvelous Designer training this week. The goal for several of these characters will be more 'garment' accoutrements rather than just pieces of cloth wrapped around bodies. I still have a ton more training to get through, but things are starting to gel a bit.
