DS6 - GDS MODELING 801: WEEK 15

Took on one of the male figures this week. This figure had a lot of issues from the rigging / posing -- some facial distortions, bad joint deformations and and right hand that was simply mangled. I wound up going back to the posed model, removing rotation on that arm, re-importing and then transforming it the old fashioned way. The cloth needed a re-export from Marvelous as well; the panels weren't merged and of consistent particle distance, so the mesh wouldn't zremesh properly. Lots of corrective shifts and a preliminary hair mesh, he's looking much better!

Figure in place:

Still a lot to do to get some fleshy weight into the figures and then detail out the anatomy. I have the next two weeks off from work and plan to focus a fair bit of it on finishing this piece up as well as starting the next two

INSTRUCTOR FEEDBACK:

Its a bit tricky to see but The way the clavicle and deltoid meet is a bit off.

The Acromion Process should be more visible creating a "Dimple".
