Hard Surface!
I got a good start on detailing out the vessel structure this week. It's amazing how time-consuming this work is!
I had thought I would do this in zbrush (and I may try that for some of the other models in this series,) but for this one I wanted to do things the old school way in maya. All the pieces I created this week are strictly quad-based and clean, so they will make decent curve brushes in future. Everything here is instanced and tweakable. I do need to do a pass to make sure that concavities are eliminated for 3D printing.

Everything looks good. Questioning whether everything is definitely all quad? Greek angular motif appears to have triangle facing.
