SUNROOM PROJECT PART 1: CONCRETE

Building can't begin without correcting some serious issues with the foundation. The original owner built the perpendicular portion of the retaining wall in preparation for expanding the garage. We had some workers built out the parallel wall six years ago. Both walls were out of square by a significant amount and the entire surface needed a good 5 inch reinforced pad poured. The before shot:

The concrete layout I designed includes forming out corrective pour-overs for the existing walls to square them out as well as a front radiused patio area to connect with the existing rear section:
