Fisher Fireplace Series: Grandma Bear Wood Stove circa 1979 (restored).

This 500-lb behemoth has been waiting patiently in a corner of our unfinished studio since 2008 when brother-in-law John E. kindly gifted it to us shortly after we purchased the Money Pit. Her day finally arrived for a complete restoration, and it was one of the dirtiest jobs I've ever completed. Two weeks of sanding, wire wheel grinding, cleaning and painting!

Next: Build the hearth, add interior firebricks and install the chimney pipe / flue.
